Sixty minutes is the usual first visit. Book 75 or 90 if you want a second area, or choose a 30-minute session for one area.

If you are unwell, tell us and we will move your visit. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor or midwife before booking and tell your therapist how far along you are.

The forearm, yes, on the large muscles of the back, hips and legs. An elbow is used only on a large muscle, only when it suits you, and only after we ask.

As often as suits you and your work. Some clients come after a big job or a heavy week, some every few weeks. Your therapist can suggest a rhythm after your first visit.

Tipping is optional. You can add it when you pay or hand it to your therapist.
