First visit
Nothing to prepare except yourself
Come as you are, straight from the job if you like.
We use an unscented oil or lotion unless you ask for a scent, and we can tell you every ingredient we use. Tell us about a nut or fragrance allergy when you book, and we will bring something else.

From booking to the last stroke
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a length and a day on the booking page. A short intake there goes only to you and your therapist, so we keep health questions out of messages and email.
- 02
Step 2: When you arrive
Come a few minutes early, park at the door and sit down. Your therapist greets you and asks about pressure and any area to leave alone.
- 03
Step 3: What to expect
We step out while you get on the table. You are covered by a sheet, and we uncover one area at a time. We check pressure at the start, in the middle and before the end.
- 04
Step 4: Afterward
Take your time getting up and have some water. We note what felt right, and you can book the next visit at the desk or online.
Good to know
What to wear, what is covered, who should ask first
What to wear
Whatever is comfortable. Undress only as far as you like; we work around whatever you keep on.
What is covered
A sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part we are working on is uncovered.
Who should ask first
If you are pregnant or unwell, ask your doctor or midwife before booking, and tell your therapist.
