Focused work
One area, worked slowly
For a lunch hour, a gap between shifts or the one area that has been asking.
A focused session is 30 or 45 minutes on a single area: the neck and shoulders, the forearms and hands, the low back and hips, or the legs and feet. The same three pressure checks apply, packed into a shorter hour.

Questions about this session
Which area should I choose?
Pick the one you notice most. If you are not sure, a 60-minute deep tissue session leaves room for two.
Can I add time on the day?
Yes, if the next appointment allows. We agree it with you before we go on.
Is a focused session covered the same way?
Yes. A sheet or towel the whole time, with only the area we are working on uncovered.
